Philip's experience over the last 25 years includes an extensive knowledge of the mortgage market, including all forms of financing, including (but not limited to) both conventional, construction and private money.
As a top producing Loan Officer and Sales Manager through the 90's, Philip quickly added Real Estate Sales to his portfolio of services. In 1998, Philip founded First Capital Realty & Lending which offered his clientele the ability to keep the entire home buying/selling and finance process within one Real Estate office.
His client list includes many longtime, repeat customers as well as a strong referral base from friends, family and Financial and Wealth managers. With his intricate understanding of ALL forms of financing, Philip can put deals together that most agents would have trouble closing.
A 24-year resident of Huntington Beach, Philip has been married for 23+ years and has 3 beautiful children. Philip and his wife Paulette are active in the community. He is a Board Member for Food For Kids, a Long Beach based charity which provides over 9,000 meals per week to the neediest of families, while his wife and daughter are members of the National Charity League. Philip was born and raised in Long Beach, California & is a graduate of Long Beach State University (1988) with a degree in business management.
Philip understands his client's needs as well as the complexities of how to structure "outside of the box" transactions with multiple contingencies. Whether it's a 1031 Exchange, a Bridge Loan or Hard Money Financing, Philip has the experience and resources to get it done.
